TOPIC: SMALL PRODUCT LETTERING AND GRAPHICS
Q: We're working on a project that requires small lettering and graphics. We
would prefer to imprint this in the mold, rather than print it. What is the
best approach here?

A: The implementation of small debossed lettering and registered graphics
can be accomplished successfully in the mold if proper directions are
followed. The appearance can be affected by improper depth and draft angle
of sidewalls. By avoiding too sharp a corner or too high a letter, better
cosmetics can be achieved. You will gain a better result by allowing
material to flow more easily around letters that are rounder and
shallower. Click here to view an example.
